The Education Transformation Centre (ETC) is a place where the Parikrma Model will be honed and spread.

The objectives of the Education Transformation Centre are:

1. Train teachers from the mass Govt. schools and low cost private English schools in the core education skill and delivery of the Parikrma Model
2. Train social workers to manage expectations of parents and the communities
3. Provide leadership training to administrators of schools
4. To do continuous pedagogy research to make education relevant and contemporary

We expect to spread our model to specific schools in their entirety-the success of the Parikrma Model is its 360 degree approach which includes working with the Parents so that children do not have any reasons to drop out. Hence our 'Transformation' programs would target not just teachers but administrators as well. This facility will be open for schools not just from Bangalore but from other parts of Karnataka as well as those from other states and other metros.

The ETC will be managed as a stand-alone entity with a separate team headed by a Director with experience in the area of leadership and other training. The funding for running the various programs of the ETC will come from donors as well as fees from the actual training programs.
