Interpretation and Definitions
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
Account means a unique account created for You to access our Service or parts of our Service.
Company (referred to as either “Parikrma”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Parikrma Humanity Foundation, Bangalore.

Information collected to process payment information is processed through third-party payment provider RazorPay.
For other purposes: We may use your information for other purposes, such as data analysis, identifying usage trends, determining the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns and to evaluate and improve our Service and your experience.
We do not share your personal information with any 3rd party providers or organization.
Parikrma will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of Our Service, or We are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.

Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at Parikrma’s operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. Donation Refund/Cancellation Policy
Parikrma Humanity Foundation is instituting a donation refund policy to ensure fair and transparent processing of requests to refund donations as digital payments are becoming more frequent. Parikrma Humanity Foundation expects that all donors will exercise due care and diligence while making donations. Parikrma Humanity Foundation also recognizes that a donation may be made erroneously or donors may change their minds after the donation. Parikrma Humanity Foundation will examine each request for a refund of donation and endeavor to make the refund. Parikrma Humanity Foundation may also seek further information/documents and donors must co-operate in this regard for a transparent process.
However, Parikrma Humanity Foundation is not obliged to make refunds and may, at its discretion after examination of the request, decline any requests for refund of donations, particularly if a tax exemption certificate has been issued and/or donations made in another financial year.
If you would like your donation to Parikrma Humanity Foundation to be refunded, you must request Parikrma Humanity Foundation in writing or by email for a refund and your request must reach Parikrma Humanity Foundation within 3 days from the date on which you made the donation i.e. the date on which you:
- Made the donation online, electronically, or through other means, OR
- Handed over the cheque/demand draft to Parikrma Humanity Foundation or someone authorized by Parikrma Humanity Foundation for this purpose, OR
- Despatched the cheque/demand draft to Parikrma Humanity Foundation by other means.
The written request stating the reason for requesting a refund must be sent to the address stated below and must contain all the following details pertaining to the donation:
- Date of donation
- Donation amount
- If the donation was made through cheque/draft, please provide Cheque/Draft no.
- If the donation was made through a credit card, please provide Credit Card no. (last 4 digits only).
- If the donation was made online, please provide transaction/ref ID.
